November 11th will mark a significant day in the development of Salsa Chezotic (My dance company). I will be producing a soiree and dance event to raise funds for Baila.
Baila is a dance studio that I have been working on opening for the last couple years. It has been quite the journey and leaving me at times feeling like I have been walking in quicksand or hiding in the trenches. Seeming that no matter what I tried to accomplish I would get no where, but had the aching body to remind me that the battle wasn't over.
My student base has grown dramatically and I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel the world to perform and teach the gift of dance that I have been given. As a blessing from God, my love for dancing and the joy I receive from spreading movement has touched many souls.
Well, fabulous news for you all to know, I have obtained and signed a lease for the Baila dance studio. Where I teach evening dance classes to adults. Located in downtown Columbus at the Trautman Building, 208 S Wall St. (Next to the old Lazarus Dept Store and City Center)
The journey has just begun, I welcome you all to experience this with me as I look to the community, friends and family to support in the development of what I know will be a spectacular dance studio for all to enjoy.
Sunday November 11th @ Baila World Dance Institute. "The Creation of Baila" Dance Performance fundraiser.
The dance performance will start at 7pm for a pre-registration of $25, this includes general admission and open seating.
At the door general admission will be $50.
There will be a special meet and greet at 5:30pm with admission being $50 for general seating to the show and soiree.
VIP registration is $100. Which will give reserved front row seating to the performance as well as entry to the meet and greet.

PS. Also, if you are unable to attend the fundraiser and would like to help in other ways, I am looking for a variety of items that people may be willing to donate. Specifically, I am seeking: lamps, bookshelves and other types of shelving units, chairs, tables, coat trees and hooks, trash cans, a desk, filing cabinet and even plants to make the space feel warm and inviting.
